A: $20.00 / month is the fee for our most common service, the "Standard Package".

Q: "Does your service really cost $20.00/month, with no signup charges, usage charges, cancellation charges, or hidden charges?"

A: Yes. There are extras you can purchase, for example, you could buy the
additional database package starting at $5 more a month... but everything
you need to run your domain is included in the standard package.

Q: "What is my mail server address?"

A: Your incoming mail (POP3) server address is pop.your_domain_name.com The SMTP server address is smtp.your_domain_name.com.

Q: "What is my e-mail address?"

A: Your e-mail address is "yourlogin"@your_domain_name.com, where "yourlogin" is replaced by your user name or login (same thing) . For example, if your real name is Dave Smith your login might be something like "dsmith" your e-mail address would be "dsmith@your_domain_name.com"

Q: "Do you offer telnet accounts?"

A: Generally not. If your company has a great need for such a service, we will set one up for $15 more a month, but you must sign and complete a statement of intent before we will do so.
